CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
Players may enter by invitation only.
Team scores will be total of Stableford scores of two players.
Scoring will be on modified Stableford off ¾ handicap.
Maximum handicap allowed for men and ladies is 24. Players must be 25 years of age or above.
Current valid handicap certificates will be required for all team members. In case an incorrect handicap is declared, a team may be disqualified.
Amateur golfers ranked in the top 20 of the Indian Golf Union Merit List in the past 15 years are not eligible to participate.
Play will be strictly in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews and in accordance with the Local rules as approved by the tournament committee.
Play will be from championship tees.
Entries and handicaps will be accepted by the WCGC India tournament committee at its sole discretion.
In case of any dispute, the tournament committee’s decision will be final.
The winning teams from the regional rounds will be hosted at the National Finals.
The winning team from the National Final will travel to the World Final in South Africa. Business class travel and accommodation will be provided.
